AC3 in AVI or MKV + Haali Splitter + ffdshow Audio decoder + ReClock = PROBLEM

First off all sorry for my crappy English. I will try to describe the situation.

I have latest Haali Splitter and fresh ffdshow install. I'm using latest ReClock filter. I have found a problem ONLY when AC3 audio is used (this problem does not reproduce on AAC or MP3 audio).
In this case (AC3 in AVI or MKV AND Reclock in use) ffdshow Audio decoder (with highest merit) refuse to connect to Haali Splitter output. In this case it use other AC3 decoders (with lower merit) to connect to Haali Splitter. If I unregister all other AC3 decoders file became unplayable in generic DirectShow based players (except MPC where build-in AC3 decoder (low merit) is used)...
Anyway ffdshow are loaded in filtergraph since I have RawAudio checked. So I obtain something like this:
[Haali Splitter]->[Some AC3 decoder (not ffdshow)]->[ffdshow]->[ReClock]
If I disable ReClock everythig work fine (ffdshow doesn't refuse) and I got such filtergraph:
[Haali Splitter]->[ffdshow]->[DirectSound Audio Renderer]


I have tried such players:
Media Player Classic
mplayer2 (I'm using it every time as "reference" DirectShow player)
MediaPortal build-in DirectShow player

Any Ideas how to obtain such filtergraph:
[Haali Splitter]->[ffdshow]->[ReClock]
