Can someone PLEASE help me out...

I've done Muxman a few times to the above error...happens almost immediately after I click start. :(

IFO edit says "too many frame drops"

ReJig stops working & crashes out shortly before the subtitles are finished muxing...

:(

I don't WANT to have to re-encode this CCE again.

7375 for bitrate (because I want a DVD9 size) in CCE

m/n 4
avamat matrix
3 pass VBR
25fps
720x480 / 16/9
length of film ~126mins
8blockPrec.
prog frame
23 for quant, zigzag

{afterwards used DGpulldown to 29.970}
audio is 448kbps AC3 / 403MB

video.m2v is 6.65GB

4 subpictures for a total ~ 9.4MB

Your encoding BR is too high and way too much anyway.

Drop it to 6,000.

Gee, most commercial movies are only encoded at up to 6,000 VBR. You can't see any different. And there's a maximumat which the decoder can take it. muxman is telling you this.
