I have several image files in the .mds and .i00 format. I can open and burn these files to a DVD without issue, but what I want is to combine them into an .iso file. I know that opening the .mds file assembles it into Imgburn as if it were an .iso file, but I need it in the .iso format on my hard drive. Surely there is an easy way to do this?

Just re-rip your DVD to ISO.

Use build mode in ImgBurn to build to iso file. If you are using a FAT32 format, the .i00 etc files are produced. So, ensure you are using NTFS. To convert your drive, see Windows help and type in Convert to NTFS.
