Hello

I am now running windows vista before I was running windows xp home edition with service pack one. I used DVD shrink version 3.2 along with Nero 6.6.0.18 the Nero version that works with DVD shrink. I use DVD Decrypter to rip my DVD to an ISO file then launch it with daemon tools then would mount the iso file then use DVD shrink and nero to do the rest. Now that I have Windows vista I can use Dameon tools and DVD Decrypter (The vista version) so is there a work around for vista users to be able to do the same process before ? Are there other programs that do DVD ripping ?

Thanks

I can use Dameon tools and DVD Decrypter (The vista version)If you can use DVD Decrypter under Vista, why do you need another ripper? What are the tools that do not work under Vista?

BTW, there is a version of DVD Shrink patched to use ImgBurn instead of Nero. Highly recommended! And you don't need to rip in ISO mode. Ripping is file mode is as easy, takes less space on disc, and doesn't require to mount the ISO to shrink the DVD. You can also burn the DVD files directly with ImgBurn if they don't need to be shrunk.

So the new Imgburn works with DVD shrink like DVD shrink worked with nero (Older version of Nero) ? By the way I went back to Windows XP , Vista sucks and according to Dell my 2004 dimension 2400 BIOS is not compatable with vista.

Yes, it just replaces DVD Decrypter as the image burner option in DVD Shrink, with that modified version of DVD Shrink.
