Why am I getting this screen in vdub?

OK, im running my xbox 360 VGA, to a VGA splitter, then vga cables to my monitor, and the other VGA to a VGA to S-vid converter, then S-vid to my ATI TV Wonder Pro USB 2.0

When i open up vdub i get that

Also when im not running through the splitter, it works fine. But with the delay in vdub, i cant utilize the theatre option in h3 very well when i want to get mobile camera angles.

Moved as it's probably a capture issue. (But consider posting on vdub forums, phaeron is very experienced in capture issues.)
