I have a PS3 EyeToy for record movies and I'm trying to remove the big block on the videos. I want to keep the video of my babies, but sometime the images are awful.

The EyeToy have problem with the artificial lights, but with the sun is fine. (You will see on the third sample).

Someone can help to the clean the videos with avisynth ?

small samples (5 megs)

#1 - look a the left.. big blocks
#2 - same clip but with motion

That isn't MPEG-4 AVC; its intra-only MPEG-4 Simple Profile.

The bitrate simply isn't high enough for it to look good, given the intra-only aspect to it.

For dealing with blocking, I suggest dfttest() for Avisynth. Adjust the sigma value as necessary to increase or reduce strength. Add tbsize=3 or 5 for temporal cleaning (slower).
