Is there any opensource vp7 decoder

I use mplayer on my 64-bit box.The problem is that the win32 dlls is not supported on non-x86_32 by mplayer's win32-loader and the vp7 decoder used by mplayer is a win32 dll.

I want to use mplayer to play back a vp7 video,any suggestion?
