Hi to all!
I simply would like to know the practical differences between the "no stop" and "with stop" status of a subtitle in a Scenarist Track Editor.

Generally speaking, "no stop" is used for those subs that are consecutives without any pause in the timecode whereas the "with stop" is used for those subtitles that simply ends (without any subtitle immediately after). But in practice both kind of subs ("with stop" and "no stop") have a start and end timecode. So what's the differences?

I've seen that it's possible to force a "no stop" into "with stop" (specifying a Data End Time in the Data/Track Editor) and the main difference is that during play some players show a small jump even if the 2 subtitles are consecutives without any 'drop' in timecode... but this is the only difference that I've seen.
