The problem of adding subtitle to DVD

I want to add an idx+sub to DVD,so I demux the dvd with DVD Decrypter,use the SubToSup to convert the idx+sub into sup file ,and create the new DVD with IfoEdit using the stuff I get last step.But the new DVD has a problem that the position of the new subtitle is much higher than where it should be.Why?

Why you do not extract subtitle directly to sup with PgcDemux ?
