Professional DVD Authoring Software

I want to know what software the professional use to create DVD from start to finish. Software for menu creation/design, authoring the flow and directing playback of movie, even for encoding. Also if anyone knows how hollywood professionals create dvds for the studios or what software/hardware they use would be really helpful.

Sonic Scenarist,
Adobe Encore,
Roxio DVDit PRO HD,
Some of these work in conjunction with Adobe Photoshop for menu making.

There are only 3 professional BD tools:

1 Panasonic has one but its not sold to the public

3.Blu Print - Sony
