dvd shrink

hi i'm having real trouble with dvd shrink 3.2.I have used it for ages now and never had any problems with it until i had to get my computer re booted a couple of weeks ago.Now it runs perfectly until i want to back up the copy and then just completely closes altogether with nowarning or explanation.Any ideas? any help will be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem some time ago. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, and that solved the problem.

It's perhaps also a good idea to delete the analysis cache files (normally in "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\DVD Shrink".)

hi thanks for info,i have deleted and re-installed it a couple of times but no luck so far.
