Bitrate ReDistribution Settings

If one enables Bitrate ReDistribution (BR) without applying it to all VTS, it will only work on the main feature, right?

If one "Applies to All VTS" then it would work on the whole disk, right?

If one does both the above and "Saves Space" of 25%, will the extras getted shorted 25% and then redistributed so with that 25% reduction maintained?

Bottom Line: what are the best settings to get the best quality with 25% reduction on the extras?

All true... but I wouldn't automatically say it would be better with REDISTRIBUTION. As I've said before REDISTRIBUTION improves some sources but not all sources. It shouldn't hurt, though.
