EAC3 rejected by Scenarist 4.2?

I have problem with Scenarist BluRay edition.

I demuxed original HDDVD with evodemux, and reencode original VC-1 stream to H264. I open MUI generator, and make .ves for H264 stream, when i select untoched eac3, i get message

"ERROR: Error confirming E-AC3 numblkscod as 11b (6blk/sync frame)"

Any idea?

I think it has something to do with the channels been mapped the wrong way round. I'm with 4.3 you can import individual channels though.
