Hello. What would be the software deinterlacer offering the best image quality according to your very personal experience? speed is not much of an issue and if it works with avisynth, even better.

I've tried several deinterlacers and so far none comes close to LeakKernelDeint in terms of quality/performance balance, but what do I know? I must have missed a lot and I was hoping you people could point me in the right direction.

:thanks:

MCBob + NNEDI is the best, but you may find it... slow :p

What would be the software deinterlacer offering the best image quality Struck for rule 12. With 140 posts you should know better.

Sorry but that doesn't make any sense.

Rule:"Do not ask "what's best" because this question cannot be answered objectively. Each and everyone has their own view about what's best in a certain area. The best is what works best for you!"

That's why I specifically stated "according to your very personal experience"

http://forum.doom9.org/sanctions.htm:

By publicly complaining about a strike in any way (starting with pointing out "I've been striked for this and that"), or go badmouthing this forum and its members on another board you also forfeit your rights to an appeal and the strike will be permanent without exception.

Your follow-up is also off topic for this thread, so you are also putting yourself at risk for a rule 3 strike. Follow up in PM if you feel the need.

Try this formulation in future to stay on the right side of the rules:

"What deinterlacer do you prefer?"
