Templates are not correctly saving the custom matrix selections

Hello, I think I might have found a bug with Rebuilder.

When I create a template, some of the custom matrix selections are not correctly saved in the template:
High Bitrate 4000+
Med High < 4000
Medium < 3500

It looks as if this was overlooked when the new selections were added.

This is very minor, but I sometimes use template for switching between OPV and multi-pass. (I use the default matrix with OPV, and custom ones with multi-pass)

Check your INI file carefully - the new ones are down the bottom of the options section! You can always see if your selections are enabled using the Options --> Advanced --> Quant matrices tab.
