Program avi/mpg/wmv to mp4

Hello,
I need a program to quickly convert lists of various video to mp4 with x264 video codec and aac audio codec.

I know SUPER but it doesn't respect the bitrate (it doesn't allow 2-pass econding and not to select precise bitrate), it doesn't allow me to chose a specific resize and it doesn't support AAC HE (I guess). Those videos are supposed to go online so I need to have a static bitrate and rules.

Megui is fine, but I have to do it manually everytime (plus muxing) and it's very annoying :confused:

Any suggestions?

This program is awesome, but there's one thing, is there any chance that I could use a list of file using the same settings without open them manually? just adding the files and encode (with customize general settings)?

That's what I was wondering, it's the only thing that I can't do with Megui
