Can anyone read Japanese? I have some audio syncing issues when I try to capture any game footage 640 or 720p, 1080i. Does anyone know if there is a setting I can click on to help it with the sync?
I have a E6600 and two 500-gb hd in raid-0, so it should be fast enough to write using MJPEG compressor. I'm using MXcapture, because it does the best with real time playing and capturing at the same time. The only problem is that sometimes the audio is off.
If someone could install the program, and check to see if the program offers some sorta of audio fix, that would be great.

You might have audio/video sync issues for a few reasons. For one, it might be too much for your CPU to handle. Or it could be due to excessive extra software. Try doing a full format and just install the Windows security updates (SP2, etc) and then try a capture and see if you still have issues. Software like Norton Systemworks (etc) slows a system way down. Are your two 500gb drives 7200rpm and Sata3.0 speeds?
Also, I'm interested to know, does the MonsterX have a preset setting for 854x480 or did you capture at 640x480p or 720x480p and resize yourself? Your video is looks to be 854x480, but I thought most codecs were Mod16? (meaning the nearest you could get to 853x480 would be 848x480 (16x53=848))

It is pretty much a new install with all the latest updates. The only programs I have installed are Monsterx, MXcapture, and winrar. Yea, they are at 3.0 speeds.
It captures in 720x480 (480p) in 1.000 square pixels or something, and when you try to view it, it seemed squished a lot, so I had to change it in Vegas to 854x480 to make it right.

Is your raid running off the on-board motherboard bridge or is it a dedicated raid card? Running off the motherboard raid controller also adds stress to the CPU, so that MIGHT be part of it. Have you done any raid benchmarks to see your write speeds? I think you need around 100MB/s (as high as 160Mb/s for 1080i/720o) for HD video.
Also, can you tell if there any support for 640x480p (or is it just 720x480p)?

I'm just using MJPEG which is like 5MB/sec, so I don't think the speed is the problem. It could be just some program issues or something with mxcapture.
I'm not really sure about 640x480p yet. I can try with my xbox 360 later.

I'm using AVI Mux to put the video and audio together on the fly. Would setting the interleaving to full help the audio sync? Should it fix it altogether?
What does interleaving do?

Syncing audio and video is a lot more troublesome than you would think, to the point that a reputable capture tool like VirtualDub actually works continuously at AV sync - either adjusting the video timing to match the audio or resampling the frequency of the audio to keep in time with the video.
I looked at your video and I'm not sure quite what's out of sync.
Maybe you could upload something not quite so confusing, an FPS game for example where sound/muzzle flash/recoil give us a good indication of where they might be sync loss.
