Hi,

I know the program DVDsubedit to change position and color of bmp subtitles in place, even without demuxing them first.

Now I have a DVD I would like to enlarge the size of the subtitles. The only way I know to enlarge them is to convert them first to text and then change the font size with subtitle creator for example.

Is there a way to demux them and enlarge them sparing the text conversion process?

Thank you in advance.

Talayero, enlarging a font can have very bad consequences: the enlarged characters might look really bad on your TV, that's probably why it's best to re-author.
Perhaps you can give it a shot with DVDSubEdit, as it will let you edit the bitmap in an external image editing software, and some of these softwares might allow you to scale the text up. But this would have to be done for each subtitle, which would be a real pain, if it works at all!
