Hi folks. I've got an HD-A2 player. I've created HDDVD using DVD-R and it works pretty well. I've converted some of my mythtv recordings which are in transport stream format to program stream format. All I do is import the file into Ulead Movie Factory to create the HVDVD_TS folder then burn it using Nero. Oh, this format is mpeg2.

Now, here is my question. I'm reencoding a 1920x1080 transport stream into mp4 libx264 using ffmpeg. I would like to know if it's possible to do similar step I'm doing above with mp4 file. Or how do I make a DVD-R play on HDDVD with an mp4 video? What are the proper tools to create the HVDVD_TS folder when dealing with .mp4 files?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

anyone please?

or what tool do I need to create HVDVD_TS folder with my .mp4 file? Or how do I encode this .mp4 so that it becomes an .evo file or compatible to HDDVD when burned?
