"Add to MPC playlist" from winXP explorer?

Not really sure if this is a MPC question or a general winXP ignorance question: When using Explorer and right-clicking on any media file, I have the option to "Add to Windows Media Player Playlist" ...
Is there a way to add to Media Player Classic playlist?

mplayerc.exe has an /add parameter (Help --> Command Line Switches).
Back in Windows/Explorer, you can easily add a context menu option under Tools --> Folder Options --> File Types.
