I recently upgraded my computer to capture HuffyUV uncompressed video with the PDI Deluxe (sweetspot) card, previously I was using a Pyro dv capture box. I'm impressed with the improvement in color and contrast but the image in the video frame is not well centered like it was before. It is noticably shifted up and slightly to the left. On my own videos, this basically means that some of the top is cropped off and lost.

PDI lossless compressed (noticed the image is no longer centered within the black frame)

I can move the PDI images down (after they've been captured) so they are centered like the DV ones. However, the part at the top that is cropped off never got captured so it's black space. Here's a PDI image centered and layered over the eqivalent DV one. I jacked up the saturation, contrast and added some video noise on the DV image to highlight what the PDI is missing.

The sliver at the top may not seem that important but it really matters to me that I don't lose any image at all. What I need is a way to adjust the area virtual dub is capturing during the capture, not after. Can it be done?
I posted about this question and a lot of others here.

But most have already been answered except for this one about the image shift.
