autogk slowing down?

I have been using autogk for a few years now and I am very pleased with it.
However,lately it seems to be a lot slower than before...it used to take about 90-120 minutes to process a 90-minute movie and now that time has more than doubled.
There have been no changes on the pc i use it on...
Anybody has any idea what might be causing this? :confused:

Have you noticed anything else on your computer running slower? It is likely your windows may need a clean and tune(defrag), maybe a complete system reinstall if that does not help.

I tried defrag (even using powerdefrag) and i reinstalled just to make sure...still no go.
And no...everything else seems to work normal...it's just autogk...are there any unnecessary system processes that can slow it down? :confused:

open your task manager while running autogk and see what is using the cpu (in the processess tab). That can help identify what is slowing your computer down.
