Really like how your program is going. Couple of Questions

1. Do you plan to make Nero AAC available in later builds ?

2. Will there be any option for a user to add their own avs strings as options instead of using default denoisers?

you've made a wonderful program ! actually one of the few that managed to convert my videos to an avi that my dvd player can play. But there is just one thing that as I find as flaw (even though it is not that much) - not being able to choose the font (and if more than one subtitle track the subtitle track) ) of the subtitles. And if possible the subtitle position .

p.s.: also there is (I think) a problem with dts ? I couldn't manage to convert a mkv with normal avc profile video and dts audio track. I can upload a sample if you wish. Maybe you'll have better luck than me (maybe I did something wrong. it is quite possible since I am a beginner).

Great Program. The only question I have is it possible to use AC3 Audio with AVI and XVID this would be a perfect option to still allow you to keep 5.1 Audio and play the video on an XBOX 360.

Your app is very nice now. But there is still one feature that I'm missing: the ability to easily open and convert a DVD with title, chapters, language and subtitles selection.

In the last Sherpia's I have a problem with encoding in x264.

Same here :( I usually convert to xvid, maybe that's why I haven't noticed this :( It makes a 0 bytes file and log file with

FileSize=0

Tried http://sourceforge.net/projects/mplayer-ww/files/ latest console release ( rev.29999) . Still x264 converting does not work. :( Seems that Kovensky's build is working corectly but I have no subs from the mkv file I encode :(

just want to report what I found - After many attempts to convert with x264 it turns out that whenever I use b-frames the programs does not convert the file. If I set max b-frames to 0 then the file is successfully converted. Hope that helps.

i have tried using various video profiles under x264 encoder in ur software...but none of them seem to work with the default video player
a user from another forum suggested me to use these settings:

audio: AAC 128kbit 2ch stereo
MP4 container

i have been successful in using megui using the above configuration 2 encode my videos and play them on my mobile..
but what settings should i set in meninx to encode these videos??
kindly suggest....

The same, regardless of GUI x264 behaves the same given the same input. This is GUI is fine to use but you are trying now to use a gui with less forum support. If Megui worked why change?

coz i just dont like megui..every time i need to encode a video, i have to create the avs script using the creator....and well, mine hangs whenevr i try to encode flv..
