View Full Version : Is there a way to shrink 50 GB BD to 25 BD-R?

I can't seem to find a definitive answer anywhere. I just installed my blu ray writer today and ripped an original disc using IMG BURN, but realized the movie disc was 43 GB and won't fit on my BD-RE that is 25 GB.
Thanks for the help and sorry if this is a dumb question.

If you strip the main movie and one audio track from the .evo is the filesize > 25gb?
There is a way of doing it but requires encoding
