Hello all,

I switched my OS from XP SP2 to Vista Ultimate 64-Bit. I installed a graphedit dx10-version, sonic cineplayer pack 4.2, powerdvd ultra 7.3 and elecard xmuxer pro.
My goal is to convert *.mpv (demuxed from EVOs) to x264 by megui, the same way gone several times successful under XP.
If I render the media in graphedit, it's like:
*.mpv --> sonic demuxer HD --> windows DMO --> video renderer

I'm not able to insert the sonic video decoder 4.2, graphedit tells me that the pins are not compatible. With sonic 4.3 it's possible, but then I cannot the video renderer anymore. Using the Elecard demuxer shows no differences.

Any ideas?

:thanks:,

Okay, I found it :)

I needed the MFC71.dll (can be found on http://www.dll-files.com/)

I had exactly the same problem. The Sonic hdmuxer would not connect to sonic cinemaster 4.2 decoder and I could not build an avisynth script that worked with any other filters. Copying mfc71.dll to the system32 directory fixed the problem. I had to trust that this would work as I was very hesitant to copy an unknown dll to my system folder. Yet it did work. I just don't understand why. ANybody know why?
