There is no best... Rule 12...
Try MeGUI, Staxrip, Ripbot264, Handbrake, AutoMKV, etc, and find which is right for you...

Yes thanks! I mean I am finding the one which is easy like AutoGK and the quality of the video can be adjusted very easily and of course must be problem free! In fine, I am searching any x264 brother of AutoGK..

Read and follow our forum rules. Your first post here violated rules 9 and 12. I am editing it to fix that. We expect you to follow our rules.

I hear you on the autogk thing. The other day I started to learn MeGUI for x264 and after hours of torture, I finally got it down. It's easy for me now. It's worth learning for the results you get. For years I've been so adament against manual encoding because of how easy AutoGK is and for the results it gives. I find, however, that MeGUI is a fair balance of manual and automated.
There are plenty of guides out there to follow to learn it. I follow several guides when learning this stuff because no single guide has all the information or explains everything properly. But once you learn it, it only takes a couple of minutes per video to set up, though it doesn't even feel like it's that long.
I hated having to go away from autogk too, but give MeGUI a shot and see what happens.

Oh I am sorry! I shall beg pardon! Ok thanks all for the help! I have decided to use MeGUI! I will follow rules from now on!

Don't forget to try out avidemux, one of the few apps to is almost bugfree, and has a fantastic and clear user interface !

I'm very fond of AutoMKV. It has some pretty advanced features without being too complicated or simple.

It have also a very high degree of development, so if something doesn't work as it should then it is updated with a new revision very fast from Grunster and Mean. You find all codec, filter and GUI is in one package with possibility to use ECMAScript/JavaScript engine in different way. In short it do have many different way to be used as editor, transcoder or scripting tool for filter.

If you like autogk then you might like ripbot except that ripbot does not setup DeInterlace or TDecimate automatically (I don't think) which autogk always did.
Once you get a template made up then StaxRip works good.
Maybe it is just me but I seem to have a lot of audio sync problems with Avidemux.

Also: XviD4PSP is another easy tool to do H264 (despite its name).

One strange thing about the program is that to do resize and crop you need to go to the menu to do it; if you try the program you will see what I mean.

AutoMKV, because there's actually more GUI in it.
It's gooier!

(A fat hunk of "bloat" in a file will come in the form of redundant progressive frames in 29.97fps or 25.00fps files of films originally shot at 23.976.)
