I've got a avc+dts mkv file which I'd like to convert the audio to aac and remux the video and audio to a mp4 container. The mkv is 2:14:00 in length, but when the streams are demuxed, the elementary dts file is 2:14:03 in length, no longer syncing with the video file. Anyone know why this would happen, and what I should do about it?
