Should it be checked? I got 2/0 stereo set up. What's the benefit of expand stereo?

Hi!

The English .PDF ".AC3 User's Manual" file, included with the download, contains 5 references to "Expand stereo".

BTW - Did you ever resolve your "Floppy drive question", to which several members offered suggestions?

Am i right, that expand stereo got benefit only with surround systems? Not with basic 2/0 stereo?
