Looking for very easy customizable GUI

Hello,

I'm looking for extremely easy to use GUI encoder. I need it for visitors of my website, so they could encode their videos before they upload them to my site.

This GUI should be able to encode all videos by one click to format, specified by me (something like x264 3000 Kbps, MP3 192 Kbps, AVI).

I wonder is there such GUI encoder? How should I prepare it for distribution, so my settings (x264 3000 Kbps, MP3 192 Kbps, AVI) will be set by defaults?

Well, I think DivX Doctor is extremely easy. But it could be easier if it doesn't ask for encode settings. User could just drag and drop own movie to it and it could start encoding.

Ok, it's just an example. It could be anything that mencoder understands. :)

If you want one-click, use Handbrake. Just don't complain if it doesn't suit your needs. (Although it can be modified, somewhat.)
