Hi all - happy new year!

I'm just getting started with AutoGK (much to my surprise I found I was already registered here - don't remember doing so though!)

I've copied a dvd to my HD using DVDFab HD Decrypter 4.

I've converted the dvd to avi using “Free DVD Ripper 2.25” - the result has jagged edges to movement due to interleaving/interlacing?

I've converted the dvd to avi using “Handbrake” with the MPEG4 codec – but the result is 'jerky' if however I then convert the file to an XVID avi using prism the result is just about acceptable – the 'jerkiness' is fixed but picture quality is not too good.

Now to AutoGK:

When starting AutoGK I get an error box "failed to set data for 'vidc/yv12'" - is it serious.

If I click OK to continue I get to the main AutoGK screen.

I set up the input and output files (I take it it's the IFO file I enter as the input).

I leave all the settings as default.

Click on add job and it appears in the job queue.

However the Start button doesn't automatically open until I click on abort – then I click on Start
and things start to happen:
