Spent the weekend installing Ubuntu, have installed the latest mplayer SVN, xine, totem-gstreamer and vlc, as well as the codecs. Everything I have plays fine, except .ts files with AAC audio - I just get no sound. I really need this as I have a lot of .ts files with AAC audio, this could see me going back to Windows, which is gutting!
Using vlc to remux the file as a standard .mpg, converting the sound to AC3, works... but I don't really want to do this for all my files.
Any ideas?
