MKVmagic fps setting?

Maybe I'm myopic or something, but is there a setting in MKVmagic for altering fps? (I've some old hybrid-source cartoons off DVD that I'd like to convert to 23.97.)

anyway on deinterlace box there is a list of deinterlacer / decimating filter.
this list is editable

or.. in avisynth extra, in "Write your script BEFORE resize applying. SOURCE MUST BE SPECIFIED"
you can write (for example) movie=changefps(movie,25000/1000)

but i suppose that tweaking the deinterlacer list is a better solution

i suggest anyway AutoMKV, just the evolution.. (a total new project...)
