Video Editing

I have a two dvd set i am encoding to vcd's.
The second dvd has a little screen at the end that says, "intermission" or some shit.

I have beeen encoding vcds for a while, but never actually did any editing. What would I use to cut the last few frames of this mpeg, so i could say use tmpg to merge it with the second mpeg, and then split into the vcds?

try MyFlix, it lets you cut at the exzack spot you want to, but then you need to multiplex it with tmpgenc to make it vcd compliant, but it's a demo, and it's very very limited; unless you have the keygen.

instead of using tmpgenc to merge the mpeg, try iFilmEdit, it faster, on my computer than tmpgenc, but they are a couple of bugs on it.
