strange cue

hey

i've got this cue file:

INDEX 00 00:04:00

INDEX 00 49:54:25
INDEX 01 49:56:25
TRACK 04 MODE2/2352
FLAGS DCP
INDEX 00 53:55:02
INDEX 01 53:57:02

and i've been having problems burning this svcd and i think it are those FLAGS DCP's.. i haven't seen these in any other cue file before..

can someone tell me what they are and if this is what could be causing my problems.. if so can i remove those lines?
