Audio Sync Problem

First of all I dunno if this is da right section to post this !!!

Now I had ripped this DVD-9 usin meGUI -

After da rip was complete I came to know that da 5th VOB was damaged !!!

So outta da 2:45 hrs da first 1:30 plays all too well -

But then onwards there's an Aud-Vid sync problem !!!

I've somehow managed to split da final mp4 close to the point where da problem starts -

But how da I repair da sync problem in da second [split] part ???

It doesn't matter at all but your grammar is extraordinary. wid instead of with. But how da I repair da sync problem in da second What's the story with that? :) I'm curious
