i'm new to all this and am trying to back up some of my dvd's
i normally use dvd decrypter and dvd shrink, and this works fine usually apart from the two titles above (casino royale & die hard 4.0) could anyone let me know what i need to do different to get back up copies of these? thanks

DVDFabHD Decrypter will do it.

Hi!

If by "die hard 4.0", you are referring to "Live Free or Die Hard", this 20th Century Fox release contains no "special" or newer protection and you certainly should be able to rip it with good ol' DVD Decrypter v.3.5.4 and/or DVD Shrink.

What was the EXACT error message you received?

Try cleaning the disc. If it still can't be ripped by DVD Decrypter (or DVD Shrink), return it to the place of purchase in exchange for a new replacement...
