I'm frame serving from Flask/Xmpeg. What's the best way to convert 48kHz to 44kHz without getting the sound out of synch? Should I select "44 kHz" in Flask/Xmpeg, or should I let it serve 48 kHz audio to TMPGenc and let TMPGEnc/Toolame do the conversion?
