Smart Resize filter for VirtualDub

I found a sample source of Smart Resize filter for VirtualDub at:

After downloading the source and compliing it, it shows some files are missing.

Could someone point me to the right site to download complete set of all files for the project?

You probably need the VirtualDub SDK, get it from www.virtualdub.org (http://www.virtualdub.org/)

You will also find a link to the VDub support forum there as well, it has a plugin support section.
