megui error

Hello, i downloaded MeGUI.NETv2.0_Bins_0.2.4.1020 and when i ran MEGUI it gave me following error. can i know what i am doing wrong? Thanks.

where did you get it?
that version is rather old AND probably you havent the .NET framework 2.0 installed.
however DONT GET megui from sites other than the official one (http://www.sf.net/projects/megui) (or x264.nl)

^ i got it from videohelp.com and i do have NET framework 2.0 . Thanks.
