Hi people!
Me and my buddies are trying to come up with a piece of software that can be used in remote Unix/Linux servers to check any (divx3) files for freeze frames. We need this software to check that the files are freeze-free BEFORE we download them to our local machines.
The only piece of software we know of that does something similar is the vdub-mp3-freeze.exe.
So who is the author of this particular version of vdub?

Any other pointers on how to detect freeze frames (the theory behind it or any relevant code) would be greatly appreciated!
