Hi all

here is the new 0.93 http://www.64k.it/andres/data/a/AutoMKV093beta1.exe

i ask for tester because support to new DGIndex http://neuron2.net/dgmpgdec/dgmpgdec150rc2.zip

how to update
put AutoMKV093beta1.exe in automkv folder (as usual update)
and unzip dgindex, dgdecode.dll must overwrite one present in \exe\filder and dgindex.exe must overwrite the \exe\dgindex

the audio change is consistent, so please test both queue and dvd (ifo), mpeg and ts files

this is the actual changelog

ADDED: Check to control if virtualdubmod was never launched (suggestion by BobGray)
ADDED: Support for "--fpel-cmp" and "--me-prepass". Set <fpel-cmp> to something like satd, and <me-prepass> to true for activating (thanks to Dark Shikari)
ADDED: Queue and Save Configuration now save also: Force Mux AR, Hight Quality First Pass, Do the Third Pass, Force Mux H*W (suggestion by Die's Man)
ADDED: Support for new DGIndex
FIXED: Audio size wasn't computed when dealing with TS input file (thanks to breadfan)
FIXED: FFmepgSource usage when framerate is undetermined
FIXED: Typos

other update will be present when full package will be released

thanks to all

@survivant001

thanks

this build also

FIXED: wrong mapping of language audio (when using ifo as input)
in case of (language list)
80 english
81 german

and user select 81 as first language and 80 as second, in previus build the 81 was tagged as english, and 80 as german...

:) I know I didn't try dgindex.. I wanted to test the new build before.. but the truth is that the file is not there..

if you take a look at this
D:\DVD\encode\temp>dir /b
AutoCrop.log
deint.log
deint.vbs
dummy.log
ffmpeg2pass-0.log
ffmpeglenght.vbs
frame.txt
movie.avs
movie.mp4
movielenght.mp4
movielenght.vbs
muxing.bat
temp
Test.ffcache
Test.timecodes
time.avs
x264cmdq_ABR.bat
x264_2pass.log.temp

there is not .mkv and .ac3 files or any mkvmaudio.avs ..

I'll try the dgindex to rip a dvd, but if I can't get ac3 audio, the test won,t be successful

.. ok..

the error is that destination folder must not be a "TEMP" folder

(i will search for this error!)

ok, now the video works . but still no sound. Do you have Nero to encode the AC3 ? still me file for audio in temp folder and .mkv.

same setting at the previous posts.

Do I need to put ffmpegs files somewhere ?

Hi buzzqw,

I am not volunteering but rather hope that you would implement a simple request.

I have 2 hard drives with multiple partitions. One 20gig is reserved for TEMP/WORKING files. The last version of AUTOMKV has all the working files in the same partition as the target file! Imagine the fragmentation...

Graciz in advance.

that's not hard to add the TEMP folder into a variable into automkv.ini

buzzqw: My feedback for this version

1) The audio issues I reported are fixed it seems
2) Under "Advanced Profiles Editing" the "Show Enc. Status" is checked by default always it seems? As we already discussed a while back, this causes memory leaks and 2 Gb of memory are used up after a while (sometimes) when I encode DVDs. Then the x264 process is killed, and I have to start over. Any way to disable this one by default?

@MichaelAnders

Thanks for your test

tomorrow i will publish the new 0.93

about mem leak do this:
1) launch automkv.exe
2) go in advanced profile editing
3) de check Show Enc. Stats
4) on main panel click Save Settings
5) close automkv

re launch automkv
this will "fix" the problem :)

Thanks, will do that :)

Found another bug:
1) Opened the IFO file.
2) Chose 1st language German to be DTS stream
3) Chose 2nd language English, AC3 stream
Started the conversion

Result:
"audio2.ac3" is created
"movie T8a DELAY 0ms.dts" is created
MP4 file is created
But not muxed...

Looking at the muxing.bat file, I see this:
--language -1:deu --default-track -1:yes "Q:\dvd\t3\temp\audio.mp3" --language -1:eng "Q:\dvd\t3\temp\audio2.ac3"

So it seems that the DTS stream was to be converted to MP3?

And another thing:
Would it be possible to save the folder for the input and output folders internally? I have completely different folders for both, and every time I go to "output folder" it always goes to the "input folder" and vice versa?
