Any way to do .yuv input?

I'm wondering if there's a way to input a .yuv file to avisynth so I can process it before sending to x264. I have absolutely no idea how this is done and any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've never done this before but I think the plugin "Rawsource" is able to import .yuv source. You can find this plugin on warpenterprises.
