Gangs of New York into one .vob or .ISO

So I want to put my Gangs of New York into one file. I know it starts with the ripping, so how should I start this one out?
I know how to rip regular movies , but don't know where to start with a 2- disc movie.

sigh...... no, I gave up. I heard from people they were having the same problem . I figured i would wait and see what pops up. Thanks for tutorial and remembering about Apocalypto.
