Hello, I am trying to reauthor a dvd I rented (I own two vhs's of it) with a custom music video I made for it. The movie came out in 1992 so it is quite old.
I used DVD Decryptor to copy it but I forgot to remove PGC's. Then I used DVD Lab Pro to demux it but both the ac3 and m2v have choppy playback; about every few seconds the video/audio reverts backwards a second or two. In the video the picture alternates between 4:3 and 1:1 pixel aspect ratio.(4:3 is correct). This also happens in the authored dvd and to the demuxed files I recently created with vob tools.
Should I remove the PGC's from the Vobs using vob-blanker? Or would this render my only backup of it unplayable in a dvd player?
