Hi, I succesfully copied few bluerays to my HDD and now I wonder if there is some software which allows you to rip audio tracks, bonuses, etc
Something like DVD Shrink, only for BD and HDDVD.

Thanks in advance.

for bluray you can use tsremux or xport and for hddvd you can use evodemux. or you can always build a graph for what you need and dump it.
just load the largest m2ts or the largest 2(usually)evo into their respective programs and itll show you the various video/audio tracks and then you can demux them.
for the bonus features, im assuming you mean things like deleted scenes? these are the other m2ts or evo files, and you can also use the programs on them as well.
