Deinterlacing on DRIVEN

I just ripped DRIVEN but the final result was an interlacing movie.
Can someone point me what I need to do to solve this problem? I mean, what parameters I need to change on the deinterlacing field.

Labels on movie indicates 4:3.
This is a NTSC movie.

did you watch it on your TV or just computer? Perhaps it's 100% fine when viewed on your TV.

No, I watch it on my TV, on my computer looks good.

Do you think that encoding again, but now using 16:9 will solve the problem? I don't know if resizing that way can solve it.

I think you used the wrong field order. There is an error in cce (all versions), it ALWAYS uses top field first.

Coul'd be a reason, I'm gonna try unmarking the upper field flag.
