I'm trying to burn a DL DVD+R and I get this error message from PgcEdit:

Can't find a suitable cell for the layer break!

Try to change the order of the titlesets with DVD > Re-map titlesets, or remove some unnecessary material.

Note for expert users : Given the minimal ISO file size (4138454 sectors) and the capacity of your DL DVD+R, the LB must be between absolute sectors 2051552 and 2086912 in the ISO. The absolute starting sector of the VOB files of the title domain of VTS 6 is 1499119. The LB cell must begin between relative sectors 552433 and 587793 in that domain.

My media (TDK) is :

Free Sectors: 4,173,824
Free Space: 8,547,991,552 bytes
Free Time: 927:32:74 (MM:SS:FF)
Supported Write Speeds: 2.4x

DVD±R DL Boundary Information:
L0 Data Zone Capacity: 2,086,912
Changeable: Yes

Physical Format Information (ADIP):
Disc ID: RICOHJPN-D01-67
Book Type: DVD+R DL
Part Version: 1
Disc Size: 120mm
Maximum Read Rate: Not Specified
Number of Layers: 2
Track Path: Opposite Track Path (OTP)
Linear Density: 0.293 um/bit
Track Density: 0.74 um/track
First Physical Sector of Data Area: 196,608
Last Physical Sector of Data Area: 16,580,607
Last Physical Sector in Layer 0: 2,283,519

My recorder is : NEC DVD-RW ND-3500AG 2.1A (ATA)

I tried DVD > Re-map titlesets, but what am I supposed to do? (I mean how do I know the way I should re-map the titlesets)

Trying to remap the VTSs is a bit hit and miss - you could end up with the same warning.

PgcEdit is telling you exactly where to split a cell so to make a legal layer break. Use VobBlanker (http://jsoto.posunplugged.com/vobblanker.htm) to do this.

Thanks for the links! A lot of interesting material to read (had already found some while searching myself), but in the end I did not manage to do anything. Strangely, PgcEdit does not tell in the error message box where I should split, ...but I've seen some screenshots where it does so (or it's my impression only?!)

I re-encoded with DVD Shrink to 95%, and PgcEdit did not complain again and placed the DL break just fine.

It does tell you - at LBA 1499119 + 552433 but before 1499119 + 587793

Also, ImgBurn (www.imgburn.com) can help in this regard.

Glad you got it sorted out anyway.
