Dvd Rom/Writer Accuracy

Does anyone know if there is such an utility that helps check if your dvd-writer/rom/drive is reading properly/accurately? Lately, I found out that when my dvd-writer dumps dvd isos, it seems like its not accurate. The resulted isos when played sometimes contains flakes/lags/scene lags when played. The decrypted says its has successfully dumped the disc with no errors. Does anyone know the source of my problem? thanks :scared:
