On the right side of MPC on 420p+ videos, the right side of the video is distorted with moving bars on the extreme right side of the screen.
I tried to take a screenshot of it, but when I use MPC's save image the distortion magically disappears!
I am using Clsid's ICL10 build 1589, but the same has happened with all previous Ffdshows that I have tried. I've tried xvid's filter, and the same thing happens on 420p images. It appears on AVC/Xvid/Divx on resolutions greater or equal to 420p. I tried changing MPC's output to all the different options, but none got rid of the distortion, and the VMR modes slowed the playback very badly. I use Overlay Mixer primarily.
The output format is YV12, and the distortion only disappears if I disable everything other than RGB in the Output Tab. But when I do this, MPC becomes extremely slow, dropping lots of frames and losing A/V sync. It is extremely annoying, I either have the video be extremely slow and good picture quality, or distortion and have it actually have A/v sync.
P3 733Mhz, XP SP2 with all patches, TNT1 16MB driver 61.77, 320MB PC133 SDRAM.
I include the .reg file with my ffdshow settings; it seems to be the output which is causing the trouble.
