I've seen a guide at videohelp.com.

Just look for HC's related guides and one of them will explain you how to encode video and audio.

Hope it helps.

Regards.

You can use EncSchedGui (http://spamthemoe.sp.ohost.de/encschedgui) for this.. (needs .NET Framework 2.0)

Or you can use QuEnc for Audio Encoding.

Use Aften to encode the audio. There are numerous GUI's and it provides the best quality available for ac3 encoding.

EncSchedGui can use HCEnc for video encoding and Aften for audio encoding. All you have to do is enter the path of the avs file, choose the path to the output m2v and ac3 file, adjust the bitrate and hit okay.

I use TMPGEnc's muxer included with the encoder.

.NET Framework installed?
Try to redownload EncSchedGui, if this doesn't help it looks like that your .NET installation is damaged. Try reinstalling the framework.

Or use AVStoDVD that does not need Framework .net

;)
